Yes. If you're a first-time Bike, Bike+, Tread, Tread+, or Row purchaser, you'll have 30 days from your delivery date to try your SurviveX equipment at home. If you wish to return your order within that time period, you must return it in like-new condition. SurviveX will arrange for your return to be picked up and will issue a refund, excluding a return fee.
